Genpact has a vacancy for a Project Manager in its expanding Cora Sequence Orchestration Group to support global customers. this group is rapidly growing and looking for new talent to lead the delivery and lead a variety of exciting and rewarding projects. This is a diverse role that offers an excellent opportunity for the right individuals to grow their career in the Professional Services organisation of Genpact.
We are looking for a bright and enthusiastic individual to join our group who is capable to Lead a delivery program of several customers that drive productivity and client satisfaction. We are searching for team players with skills and experience that can complement and enhance the existing team here at Genpact with their positive approach to work, can do attitude and their friendly and enthusiastic personality. We're in need of self-motivated, outgoing and results driven professionals who are eager to take their careers to new levels.
The successful candidate will have vast experience delivering enterprise technology implementations that transform client's landscape by leveraging digital tools. This person needs to be capable of Lead project managers, mentor them and help them with different delivery challenges. Candidate must be capable of driving progress, inspiring change, influencing transformation discussion and know how to facilitate client through a pragmatic decision-making process.
Responsibilities
Project Management of product-based solutions
Tracking, monitoring & reporting on project progress, quality of deliveries, budget consumption, and timelines.
Analysing, capturing, and communicating customer requirements
Write concept and functional design documents.
Provide consultancy to customers on Genpact Digital products.
Take responsibility for customer satisfaction and building a long-term relationship with key customers.
Managing Sequence Delivery programs, taking ownership of all aspects of project management role, such as governance, scope, schedule, budget, resources, risks, and communication with the customer and Genpact leadership.
Stakeholder Management: Liaison with both internal & external clients ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term relationship. Manage customer escalations
Ensure effective Governance implementation with the client & other stakeholders. Building reporting matrix across multiple implementations.
People Management - Resource management, productivity measurement, skill development etc.
Manage financials at the portfolio level, ensuring profitability.
Spearhead Program discussions with business stakeholders, Practice Leadership & Genpact leadership.
Lead by example and invest time to professionally grow members of the delivery team.
Definition & Implementation of Project Management Processes and ensure their adherence.
Support project managers to ensure delivery is done as per defined Best Practices , COE goals and budget. Mentoring and leading a team of project managers.
Establish, maintain and review operational procedures in the assigned area of responsibility, ensuring their accuracy, effectiveness, and efficiency.
Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualifications
IT Graduate with B.E / MCA / Relevant degree
Extensive years of working experience in leading large Delivery Unit (60+ members).
Prior work experience in Project Management projects is a MUST.
Proven experience in building and leading global tech delivery COE.
Proven track record that showcases ability to quickly understand organization's business strategy & Goals, build and oversee a plan that support the desired outcomes.
Very good verbal and written communication skills when dealing with users, staff and suppliers.
Project Management Skills
Experience Working with senior Management and reporting on Project status.
Experience in managing a program of several global projects.
Experience in managing managers.
Ability to manage Risks, Issues and budgets.
Client Management Skills
Excellent customer facing skills including communication, conflict resolution, and solid presentation skills.
Ability to thrive in high pressure environments, managing complex program and customers with geographically dispersed teams and multi-million budgets.
Maintain responsibility for customer satisfaction and build long-term relationships with customers.
Experience in communicating with client executive levels
Can-do attitude and background in software development projects is a must.
Ability to think outside the box and influence discussions toward desired results that drive productivity and client satisfaction.
Ability to resolve problems under pressure.
Able to work within a culturally diverse environment
