Role Purpose

The Purpose of this role is to drive mid-size one or more IT projects for CardOne CRM application.

Role Accountability

Person should be able to successfully drive and deliver IT projects for CardOne application within defined schedule and cost.

Measures of Success

Person should be able to successfully drive and deliver IT projects for CardOne application within defined schedule and cost.

Technical Skills / Experience / Certification (If any)

1. Good understanding of CRM, BI, rule engine and ETL systems.
2. Technology knowledge on Siebel CRM, OBIEE, Informatica, Oracle rule engine, API and batch Integrations
3. Person should have a strong understanding of projects lifecycle and deliverables of each phase. He/She should be good in Agile development methodology

Qualification

1. B.E / B.Tech / MCA in Computer Science/IT. MBA/PGDM from a good institute.
2. Good understanding of CRM, BI, rule engine and ETL systems.
