Role Purpose

CardOne is a mission critical CRM platform with a consistently high volume of compliance, regulatory, and vulnerability mitigation initiatives throughout the year. This role is required to function as the Project Manager for driving all CardOne platform related projects across critical governance forums and security compliance tracks. This role ensures operational continuity, platform resiliency, and full compliance with enterprise and regulatory expectations for the CardOne CRM ecosystem.

Role Accountability

  1. Project Management & Solution Delivery: Lead end to end project management and solution execution for all CardOne critical forum projects, covering multiple business and IT initiatives. This includes driving action items and deliverables arising from key governance forums such as CEC, ORMC, ERMC, ATR, and similar enterprise level committees.

  3. Risk Management: Ensure timely closure of compliance findings and mandated actions to mitigate operational, financial, and reputational risks. Maintain strong alignment with risk governance teams and ensure effective tracking and remediation of all risk items related to CardOne.
  4. Strategic Focus on Regulatory Compliance: With increasing RBI and other regulatory mandates, this role provides focused oversight to ensure CardOne's compliance posture remains strong. This includes planning and executing regulatory-driven projects, particularly DPDP related compliance initiatives, ensuring adherence to statutory timelines and guidelines.
  5. Application Security (AppSec) Leadership: Drive secure coding practices, champion SDLC controls, and ensure robust vulnerability management for the CardOne platform. Collaborate with development, testing, and security teams to ensure proactive mitigation of vulnerabilities and adherence to enterprise AppSec standards.
  6. Vendor Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with multiple vendors, including SI partners and product OEMs. Oversee RFP processes, monitor vendor performance, and implement risk mitigation strategies to ensure service quality and compliance.
  7. Stakeholder Management: Engage with stakeholders across six critical business functions-Customer Service, Operations, Marketing, Fraud, Risk, and Sales. Conduct regular reviews with SMT/CXO-level leadership and manage audits with external regulators to ensure transparency and alignment.
  8. Budget Management: Own annual budgeting for both Capex and Opex for respective projects. Ensure effective financial planning, timely PR/PO processing, and delivery of projects within approved budgets.Business Process Understanding: Develop deep expertise in card lifecycle business processes to bridge gaps between business users and technology teams. Act as a key enabler for translating business requirements into effective technical solutions.

Measures of Success

  1. Project deliveries should be done as per committed timelines
  2. Stability and performance of projects post go live and ensuring that there no P1/P2 issues in production
  3. Ensuing that audit compliances are delivered as per timelines mentioned in the ATR committee actions
  4. Projects should be delivered within the approved budget
  5. Effective People management of the team members and ensuring that attrition is within acceptable limit
  6. Ensuing that BRD management and CMR process is adhered for 100% of the projects

Technical Skills / Experience / Certifications

  1. Required Technology Experience - You should bring good hold on technologies like Siebel CRM , OBIEE, OPA , ETL, Informatica, DAC, Oracle HTTP Server, ELK, PL/SQL, Technology architecture for CRM, EAI, EIM, OEM etc. In this role, you would lead a team of outsourced partners for delivering projects.
  2. Researcher & Quick Learner - You need to be up to speed with the current trends in industry for digital IT solutions. You should be able to learn quickly and take necessary adaptation as required. Knowledge in areas such as Cloud , AI/ML etc would be preferable
  3. Credit Card BFSI domain - You are required to build a strong understanding of business processes as you would be expected to bridge gap between business users and technology teams. BFSI and creditcards exposure would be strongly preferable but it is not must
