Inviting applications for the role of Assistant Vice President- Procurement Strategic Insights and Transformation
This is a strategic role within the Procurement Function, reporting into the global Category Management Lead. Bring in the required expertise across Infrastructure & Logistics (I&L) categories such as Leases, Infrastructure Services. Facility Management, Engineering, Site Setup, Transport etc.
Take the Lead and contribute to the Procurement Organization to deliver the results defined by the procurement plan in support of the broader business requirements. Lead a high-performance team and ensure proper implementation of leading-edge procurement capabilities to become a world class procurement Organisation

Responsibilities
.Design, implement and monitor organization wide policies and procedures for procurement function in line with organization objectives
.Previous team management experience desirable but not essential - must be able to demonstrate a versatile leadership style that encourages personal development and growth for junior members of the team, whilst setting clear direction
.Contribute towards design, implementation and maintenance of procurement systems and tools ((ERP and process mining/ data analytics) to enhance control environment and process efficiency
.Oversee, develop and implement internal training content, to raise awareness of ERP tooling and processes that support Global Sourcing activities, including building of internal training programmes, tools, guides and communications to help upskill Genpact employees within this domain area
.Design functional metrices and develop tools for measurement and reporting of functional metrics, carry out all reporting requirements accurately and within the specified time scales as needed
.Develop data analytics tools and provides data insights to management dashboard reporting on PowerBI (or similar End User Interface)
.Work with cross functional teams to enhance effectiveness and efficiency of organizational processes
.Identify development opportunities in Reporting and MIS processes
.Lead organizational processes to next level by innovating /benchmarking/ reentering business processes
.Support multiple end-to-end projects in parallel focusing on data accuracy and quality of output to Clients/Business Stakeholders
.Consistent track record of supporting multiple activities, demonstrating an ability to lead parallel projects and being able to prioritise critical activity where needed
.Builds and maintains effective Business Stakeholder, Partner and Supplier relationships to assure successful business performance
Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum qualification
.B Tech/ MBA/ Equivalent
.Relevant years of experienc in Reporting/MIS/Compliance for big organization's procurement function
.Working knowledge on ERPs (Oracle, Workday, SAP Ariba) and understanding of organization application architecture.
.Experience on system implementation projects (procurement systems/ P2P solutions) is desirable.
.Hands on experience in BI /Process Mining and Office (MS Excel, Access, SharePoint etc.) in providing solutions to business problems
.Exposure to ML and AI is desirable
.Developing methodology for Data collection, transformation, presentation using multiple sources and BI tools
.Experience in handling sourcing processes / business operations/ risk assessment/ audit/ process reengineering/ automation is desirable

.Oral and written proficiency in English (additional languages are preferred)
.Degree or equivalent professional qualification within Business Management, Procurement and/or Supply Chain management (would be an advantage)
