About the Role
- Define and execute brand strategy to differentiate Croma in a competitive retail landscape.
- Oversee brand identity, tone, and messaging across retail, e-commerce, and social platforms.
- Lead high impact campaigns in collaboration with creative and media agencies.
- Monitor brand health metrics, revenue, and footfall KPIs.
- Support consumer research programs (qualitative & quantitative).
- Translate insights into actionable strategies for merchandising, store layout, and marketing.
- Manage media budgets and calendars effectively.
Qualifications
- 15+ years in Brand Management (FMCG, Telecom, or Retail preferred).
- MBA / master's in marketing.
Required Skills
- Proven success in omnichannel campaigns and customer-centric strategies.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in tools like SPSS, Excel, Power BI, or Tableau.
- Prior experience leading teams (35 years). Some experience of being manager of managers is preferred
- Expertise in ATL media planning; digital ATL experience is a plus.
