Inviting applications for the role of Assistant Vice President, Invoice to Cash!
In this role, the incumbent will be responsible to Oversee with logistics team to ensure on time pick up of shipment and use the correct mode of conveyance. Drive reduction in Backlog orders through process improvements as well as by working closely with planning team.
Responsibilities
.Understand and research customer nuisances impacting incoming and develop effective systems and processes that will eliminate or resolve the recurrence.
.Excellent understanding of the lean sigma concepts - drive projects in partnership with CI leads to drive productivity / BI
.Excellent stakeholder management, good understanding of customers asks and ensure timely action
.Identify and Share Best Practices for deduction management across the site.
.Develop strong performance management for the team to evaluate team's performance at all levels
.Monitors process quality and define areas for further improvement ensuring minimizing errors and operative performance for in appropriate categories accurately.
.Leads conversation with BU team to align on month end priorities and upcoming projects.
.Lead and actively participation in review session / discussion
.Drives process simplification initiatives for the respective region/BUs
.Coaches and assists in development of team members.
.Managing and driving innovation and transformation projects along with change management with internal and external stakeholders
.Highlighting process leakage and build control to minimise leakages
.Owners of the portfolio Health including MBO%27s, CI and transformation initiatives
.Drive negotiations and lead tough discussions with key stakeholders, including the GBS Head and CFO.
Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualifications
.Bachelor%27s / master's degree in accountancy, Finance, Business Management or any related field
.Preferred CPG /FMCG Experience
.Good Working knowledge of tools like SAP / S4 HANA, Power BI, SAP Analytics Cloud
.High proficiency in MS Office preferably advanced working knowledge of MS Excel and MS Power-point
Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
.Strong stakeholder management
.strong understanding of CI concepts - lean / six sigma
.Excellent written and spoken English
.Excellent PPT skills
