Description:

We are now recruiting AVP/VP for our Mumbai office to handle investments of the allocated clients.

Responsibilities:

The AVP will lead and manage financial consulting engagements including valuation, purchase price allocation (PPA), impairment testing, and business plan preparation, while also supporting investment banking activities such as fundraising, M&A advisory, and transaction structuring. This role demands strong technical expertise, client management skills, and leadership capabilities.

Financial Consulting:

• Conduct business valuations for transactions, regulatory purposes, and strategic decision-making.
• Perform Purchase Price Allocation (PPA) in line with IFRS/Ind AS requirements.
• Execute impairment testing for goodwill and intangible assets.
• Develop business plans and financial models for clients across sectors.

Investment Banking Advisory:

• Support M&A transactions, including deal structuring, due diligence, and negotiations.
• Assist in capital raising (debt and equity) and investor presentations.
• Prepare pitch books, information memorandums, and financial projections for clients.

Client Engagement & Business Development:

• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Identify new opportunities and contribute to revenue growth.
• Represent the firm in client meetings and industry forums.

Team Leadership:

• Manage and mentor consultants and analysts.
• Ensure high-quality deliverables and adherence to timelines.

Required Skills & Experience:

Minimum 8 12 years post qualification experience.

Good financial modelling skills.

Good presentation skills.

Chartered accountant or MBA from premier institute with good understanding of corporate financeand valuation techniques.

Good communication skills and corporate etiquettes to deal with senior management.
