Job Description

Domain & Functional Expertise

• Deep functional understanding of Housing Finance business processes
• Strong knowledge of Loan Origination Systems (LOS)
• Hands-on experience in:
  • Credit rule configuration and automation
  • Business Rule Engine (BRE)
  • Collateral creation and management
  • Post Disbursement Documents (PDD)
  • Payment gateway integrations
  • eKYC, eSign, and eStamp implementations

Technical & Architecture Skills

• Strong experience in solution design and system solution architecture
• Expertise in API integrations and system-to-system integrations
• Good understanding of enterprise architecture design principles
• Experience working with Agile methodology (Scrum / Hybrid Agile models)
• Ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions

Project & Delivery Management

• Lead and deliver large PAN India transformation programs
• Manage Run the Business (RTB) activities including:
  • Production support and application stability
  • Managing critical incidents and war rooms
  • Root cause analysis and preventive actions
• Drive Change the Business (CTB) initiatives including:
  • System enhancements and new feature rollouts
  • Process optimization and automation
• End-to-end ownership of project lifecycle:
  • Requirement gathering
  • Design
  • Development
  • Testing
  • Deployment
  • Post-go-live support

Documentation & Governance

• Strong understanding of BRD (Business Requirement Document) and Functional Specifications (FS)
• Ability to review, validate, and sign off functional and technical documents
• Ensure adherence to IT governance, best practices, and documentation standards

Cost, Budget & Vendor Management

• Experience in cost estimation, budgeting, and financial tracking of IT programs
• Manage vendor engagements, commercials, and delivery SLAs
• Optimize technology costs while ensuring delivery quality

Compliance, Risk & Regulatory

• Lead and deliver regulatory and compliance-driven initiatives
• Ensure IT systems align with RBI, statutory, and internal audit requirements
• Coordinate with compliance, risk, and audit teams for timely closures

AI & Innovation

• Strong understanding of Artificial Intelligence and advanced analytics
• Hands-on experience delivering AI-based solutions in a Bank or NBFC, such as:
  • Credit decisioning
  • Risk assessment
  • Fraud detection
  • Process automation
• Ability to identify and drive AI-led business improvements

Leadership & Stakeholder Management

• Strong people management and team leadership skills
• Ability to work closely with business, operations, compliance, vendors, and senior leadership
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities
