OVERVIEW
We are looking for a seasoned sales leader from the HR Tech or HR domain to drive revenue growth, expand enterprise relationships, and build a high-performing sales function. This is a strategic, client-facing role requiring deep expertise in consultative B2B sales, especially within the HR ecosystem.
Key responsibilities:
Sales Strategy & Business Growth
- Design and execute robust sales strategies to drive revenue growth and meet organizational objectives.
- Identify new market opportunities and scalable growth avenues.
Client Acquisition & Relationship Management
- Build and manage long-term relationships with enterprise clients, CHROs, CEOs, and senior leadership teams.
- Act as a trusted advisor, positioning solutions as strategic business enablers.
Lead Generation & Conversion
- Drive new business through strategic networking, outbound initiatives, referrals, and consultative selling.
- Own the end-to-end sales lifecycle from prospecting to closure.
Negotiation & Deal Closure
- Present solutions effectively, negotiate commercials, and close high-value enterprise deals.
- Ensure win-win outcomes for both clients and the organization.
Revenue & Performance Management
- Own regional revenue targets and track KPIs to optimize sales performance.
- Forecast revenue accurately and report on pipeline health.
Team Leadership & Development
- Build, mentor, and manage a regional sales team.
- Foster a high-performance, ownership-driven sales culture.
Sales Pipeline Management
- Maintain transparency across the sales pipeline with structured tracking and reporting at every stage
Market Research & Competitive Analysis
- Stay updated on HR industry trends, HR Tech innovations, and competitor offerings.
- Use insights to refine sales positioning and go-to-market strategies.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure alignment with business goals.
Operational Excellence
- Oversee smooth sales operations, including invoicing, collections, and adherence to internal compliance processes.
Qualifications:
- 10+ years of proven B2B sales experience, preferably in HR Tech, HR Solutions, SaaS, or Enterprise HR Services.
- Demonstrated success selling to CHROs, CXOs, CEOs, and senior leadership.
- Strong industry network with the ability to generate and close high-value leads.
- Strategic thinker with hands-on execution capability.
