Key Responsibilities:
Drive IT staffing operations across Indian markets
Build and nurture relationships with key clients and partners
Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing recruitment team
Achieve revenue targets through strategic business development
Ensure delivery excellence and client satisfaction
What We're Looking For:
10+ years of experience in IT staffing with proven leadership credentials
Strong network in the IT services & consulting industry
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
