- Minimum 18+ years of experience, 10 years at Managerial Level and should have capability to manage 500+ FTEs
- Minimum 10+ years of R2R/P2P/O2C experience is mandatory.
- Drive on-time, accurate & quality service delivery within agreed-upon SLAs for assigned processes
- Identify opportunities to increase existing processes, reviewing the current lifecycle and new business
- Review FTE requirements, shift plans & capacity planning
- Responsible for day to day deliverables in the US, UK, Europe clients
- Should be ready to work in client specific shifts.
- Integrate domain knowledge & business understanding to create superior solutions for the client
- Responsible for customer satisfaction by meeting / exceeding all service levels as agreed with the customer
- Drive & achieve productivity enhancements
