Design and maintain a comprehensive talent dashboard for the CLO, providing real-time insights on capability maturity, AI readiness, skill adoption, and business impact.
Establish measurement frameworks to track ROI on capability investments, innovation outcomes, solution win rates, and leadership effectiveness.
Leverage data analytics to generate actionable insights, forecast talent risks, and recommend refinements based on performance data, client feedback, and market shifts.
