Job Description
- Involved in implementation and providing solutions to the given problem in multiple technologies
- Interacting with customers for capturing functional requirement
- Project status updates to the senior management.
- Communication of Risks and updates on target dates to customers whenever required.
- Support and discussions on getting customer signoff on requirement documents
- Hiring of new team members and capacity planning
- Team mentoring and guidance
- Review data flow diagrams, UMLs, state diagrams
- Support and getting customer signoff on requirement documents
- Architect with knowledge of architectural styles and design patterns.
- Review Design for upgrading or defining new architecture systems to support future and current Java applications
- Proven skills in developing and implementation and providing solutions to the given problem in all the Java technologies
- Requirement Analysis and discussion on requirements with customer or business analyst
- Review the overall solution architecture in respect to business and product with impact analysis
- Review the technical architecture required to achieve solution with consideration to security, performance impacts
- Review and provide inputs on estimations to achieve implementation of the solution
- Supervision and provide support to team to adhere to processes for delivery
- Review the work breakdown structure of the requirements
- Training team on necessary skills required for the projects
- Team mentoring and guidance
Working timings can be flexible in between 11am to 10pm IST.

Must Have Skills : Java, Oracle PL/SQL
Key Responsibilities

- JSE, JEE, ORM (iBatis / myBatis/Hibernate/JPA)
- Rest API design patterns
- Spring 3 / 4 Framework

- Strong PL/SQL knowledge, Oracle
- Core and Advance Java
- Goal setting for team members

Technical Experience
- Basic knowledge of Java, Spring
- Experience with Oracle PL/SQL, embedded SQL in PB and database procedures

Educational Qualification
- Minimum 15 years of full time education
- Bachelor Degree from Tier-1 College Preferable
