Inviting applications for the role of Assistant Vice President - Delivery Management
The Delivery Management Leader is responsible for the transition and execution of the agreed scope of the engagement, ensuring all aspects of delivery meet our customers and the organization%27s needs. This position provides delivery leadership and management and actively handles contractual obligations. And will have a hands-on approach from planning to execution of the all the projects and initiatives.ResponsibilitiesDelivery & Client Engagement
.Lead cross-functional and globally distributed teams, fostering collaboration between engineering, product management, operations, and executive stakeholders
.Implement governance frameworks and best practices to ensure successful program execution across multiple workstreams
.Drive continuous improvement and innovation in delivery methodologies, tools, and team performance
.Serve as a trusted advisor to senior executives on technology strategy, risks, and delivery status
.Manage vendor relationships, contract negotiations, and third-party integrations related to program execution
.Ensure compliance with security, privacy, and regulatory standards across all deliverables of the program
.Create portfolio-level delivery plans and roadmap-to-release governance ensure delivery metrics are met.
.Manage budget, forecasts, burn vs. earned value, and resource allocations across teams/squads.
.Run portfolio ceremonies: dependency mapping, risk reviews, release planning/checkpoints.
.Institutionalize delivery standards and KPIs (predictability, lead time, defects, NPS/CSAT).
.Oversee cross-functional programs-security, compliance, data, platform modernization, cloud cost optimization.Operational Excellence
.Establish and manage operational metrics including utilization, productivity, delivery quality, and margin performance
.Ensure compliance with security, data privacy, and regulatory standards
.Collaborate with HR to ensure timely onboarding of the team
.Ensure timely submission of project health metrics, participate in reviews and collaborate with quality teamExecutive Stakeholder Management
.Act as primary interface for senior stakeholders of customer and Genpact.
.Lead executive steering committees and governance forums.
.Manage escalations and complex stakeholder landscapes.
Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum qualifications
.Experience in leading end to end IT delivery independently with experience in leading enterprise-scale transformation programs including Gen AI, Agentic AI, Digital Products implementation, Salesforce, and middleware implementation
.Experience in technology delivery experience in multi-team/portfolio leadership.
.Strong experience with Agile delivery
.Financial acumen: portfolio budgeting, vendor negotiation, contracts/SOWs, and commercials.
.Proven track record in delivering complex, integrated systems with compliance requirements.
.Excellent executive communication, stakeholder expectation management, and conflict resolution.Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
.Certifications: PMI-PgMP, PMP, SAFe SPC
.Domain understanding of Life Sciences, Accounts Payable, Customer Service and sales support, Procure-to-Pay (P2P) and Order-to-Cash (O2C) value streams
.Experience with platform engineering/DevOps, FinOps
