Job Description

We are hiring for the role of Assistant Training Manager - Partner Screener

The Assistant Trainer – Partner Screening (InstaHelp) will be responsible for first-level

screening and quality evaluation of service partners before they move to the next stage of

onboarding. This role focuses purely on screening, assessment, and quality checks to

ensure only the right partners move forward.

This is an office-based role and works closely with Partners, Trainers, Category teams, and Supply

Operations.

Location: Delhi

Employment Type: Contractual (6 months)

Requirements:

● 1.5 to 10 years of experience in partner screening, operations, customer handling,

training support, or similar roles.

● Experience in high-volume screening / assessment environments preferred.

● Well-behaved, soft-spoken, and professional in communication.

● Comfortable with screening in regional languages.

● Strong listening, evaluation, and judgement skills.

● Support training and onboarding operations as required.

● Prior experience in Housekeeping / Guest Services / Customer Support / Blue-collar workforce management or hiring ispreferred.
