About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and well-organized Executive Assistant to support the Director at Amelia, BKC. The ideal candidate should come from a hospitality background, bringing strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage high-level coordination with professionalism and discretion.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-level administrative support to the Director
- Manage calendar, appointments, and scheduling meetings efficiently
- Coordinate internal and external communications on behalf of the Director
- Handle guest relations and ensure a premium hospitality experience for visitors
- Assist in planning and executing meetings, events, and business engagements
- Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation as required
- Manage travel arrangements, reservations, and itineraries
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
- Act as a liaison between the Director and internal teams
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Mandatory: Background in Hospitality (Hotels, Luxury Service, Guest Relations, etc.)
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
- High level of discretion and integrity

- Experience in premium/luxury hospitality brands
- Exposure to handling VIP guests or high-profile clients
- Strong coordination and problem-solving mindset
