ASSISTANT TO EA TO CMD
(PREFERENCE FOR SOUTH DELHI BASED CANDIDATES )
Key Responsibilities
Support to EA to CMD
- Assist the EA in managing CMD's daily schedule, meetings, and follow-ups.
- Prepare briefs, presentations, and notes for CMD's review or meetings.
- Track key deliverables, commitments, and action points from CMD's office.
- Coordinate communication between CMD's office and various departments.
Administrative & Logistical Support
- Help organize internal meetings, reviews, and external visits.
- Maintain organized records, files, and follow-up trackers.
- Assist with vendor coordination and travel arrangements when required.
Qualifications & Experience
- Graduate / Postgraduate in Hotel Management , Business Administration, or related field.
- Freshers or candidates with up to 2 years of experience may apply.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Discreet, disciplined, and reliable in handling sensitive information.
