Job Description
- Strong knowledge of collection strategy
- Clear idea of various collection buckets and past due follow-up
- Portfolio management
- Reconciliation on policy level with respect to the open/close items on a policy
- Coordinate with under writing department and Onshore for various queries
- Good written & verbal communication skills
- Must be good with excel
- Having experience of Genius application will be an added advantage
