Job Title: Assistant to COO
Location: Dadar East, Mumbai
Experience Required: 2-3 Years
Working Days: 6 Days a Week
Preferred Candidate: Female

Job Overview

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Assistant to the COO with 2-3 years of experience. This role combines executive support with client coordination and customer service responsibilities. The ideal candidate will assist in managing day-to-day operations, support sales activities, and ensure a seamless client experience while working closely with the leadership team.

Key Responsibilities

1. Executive Support
. Provide administrative and operational support to the COO in daily activities.
. Manage schedules, meetings, and follow-ups with internal and external stakeholders.
. Prepare reports, presentations, and business documents as required.
. Assist in coordinating key projects and tracking progress across teams.

2. Client & Customer Service Coordination
. Act as a point of contact for client communication and ensure timely responses.
. Maintain strong relationships with clients and ensure a high level of service.
. Handle client queries, feedback, and escalations professionally.
. Support smooth client onboarding and overall experience.

3. Sales & Business Support
. Assist in lead tracking, follow-ups, and coordination with the sales team.
. Support in client meetings, presentations, and site visits when required.
. Maintain records of client interactions, sales activities, and updates.
. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of commitments.

4. Coordination & Administration
. Maintain organized documentation, communication logs, and reports.
. Ensure effective coordination between departments for ongoing projects.
. Track tasks, deadlines, and deliverables to support business operations.


Job Expectations:


Key Requirements
. 2-3 years of experience in Executive Assistance, Customer Service, or Client Coordination roles.
. Prior experience in Real Estate, Hospitality, or Business Services preferred.
. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
. High level of professionalism and confidentiality.
. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced environment.
. Comfortable with client interactions and occasional travel.
. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint


Minimum Qualification:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
