Key Responsibilities
Engineering & Facility Operations Management
- Oversee complete maintenance of MEP systems including electrical, HVAC, UPS, lifts, plumbing, fire fighting, and building infrastructure
- Ensure uninterrupted operations and 100% uptime of all critical equipment
- Manage shift handovers and ensure smooth continuity of operations
- Conduct daily facility inspections to ensure equipment and systems are functioning effectively
Preventive Maintenance & Asset Reliability
- Implement and monitor preventive maintenance (PPM) schedules for all equipment
- Ensure maintenance practices align with OEM recommendations and industry standards
- Maintain logbooks, checklists, SOPs, and EOPs for all engineering systems
- Plan shutdown activities and critical maintenance operations with minimal disruption
Vendor & Contract Management
- Coordinate with vendors for AMC and maintenance service delivery
- Monitor vendor performance against SLAs and quality standards
- Establish maintenance contracts and ensure effective service execution
- Validate vendor invoices and manage compliance documentation
Compliance, Safety & Risk Management
- Ensure adherence to statutory compliance related to fire safety, health, and engineering standards
- Implement LOTO procedures and safety protocols across all operations
- Conduct risk assessments and corrective actions for operational hazards
- Ensure EHS compliance through audits, reporting, and continuous monitoring
- Support crisis management, emergency preparedness, and business continuity planning
Systems & Portal Management
- Manage facility-related digital platforms including Corrigo, IDEA, CEWA, and helpdesk systems
- Track and update work orders, PPM activities, incidents, and compliance records
- Maintain records for audits, reporting, and operational tracking
- Ensure timely closure of maintenance requests and service tickets
Energy & Utility Management
- Implement energy management initiatives to reduce utility consumption and costs
- Monitor UPS load, energy reports, and resilience performance
- Identify opportunities for energy savings and operational efficiency improvements
- Support sustainability and environmental initiatives
Reporting & Documentation
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports including scorecards and vendor performance reports
- Maintain technical documentation, building drawings, and asset records
- Track maintenance activities, spare parts usage, and incident reports
- Support audit requirements and compliance reporting
Team Coordination & Leadership
- Guide and support onsite technical and maintenance teams
- Conduct training on safety procedures, engineering practices, and OEM guidelines
- Ensure adherence to SOPs and service delivery standards
- Promote a culture of safety, accountability, and operational excellence
