Job Description

What You Will Be Doing:

Manage and oversee MarTech integrations across marketing websites, ensuring seamless

collaboration between marketing pages, product sites, and backend systems

Ensure flawless form integrations with marketing automation tools (e.g., Marketo), including

reCaptcha, validation, and adherence to GDPR and global data privacy regulations

Write semantic, optimized, and maintainable code following W3C standards and web best practices

Monitor, analyze, and improve website performance using tools such as GTmetrix; report on KPIs,

identify issues, and implement performance fixes

Research and implement new approaches to enhance site speed, performance, and user experience

Maintain documentation of performance initiatives, metrics, and ongoing improvements

Ensure compliance with EU Accessibility Act standards by identifying, reporting, and resolving

accessibility issues

Participate actively in agile ceremonies (sprint planning, backlog grooming, retrospectives) and

contribute to sprint goals and delivery

Translate approved UI/UX designs into high-quality, responsive HTML templates and components

Collaborate with backend engineers, UX/UI designers, SEO, and digital marketing teams to deliver new functionalities and optimize user journeys

Support SEO and CRO initiatives aligned with the Digital Marketing strategy

Identify, evaluate, and integrate AI-based tools and APIs (e.g., personalization, chatbots, predictive analytics, automated testing) to enhance site experience and efficiency

Stay current with emerging trends in AI, web automation, and MarTech to drive innovation within the web development ecosystem

Must-Have Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field (B.Tech preferred)

45 years of hands-on experience in front-end web development, preferably for marketing or

enterprise websites

Advanced proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and CSS preprocessors (SASS/LESS)

Proven experience with Webflow CMS, including advanced page building and configurations

Practical knowledge of web performance optimization, accessibility standards (WCAG/EU Accessibility Act), and SEO/CRO practices

Experience interfacing with RESTful APIs and maintaining version control using Git

Solid understanding of client-side scripting, including jQuery, Ajax, and JSON

Strong communication and technical documentation skills; able to collaborate across multi-functional teams

Excellent problem-solving ability with attention to detail and deadline management

Good-to-Have Skills

Experience with modern JavaScript frameworks such as React or Angular

Exposure to AI-driven development tools or integrations, especially in content personalization or web testing

Working knowledge of marketing automation tools (e.g., Marketo, HubSpot) and CRM integrations

Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and automation of web deployments

Familiarity with web analytics platforms (e.g., Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics 4, Segment)

Experience contributing to or mentoring within an Agile development team
