Role Overview
We are hiring a Senior Full-Stack Web Developerto lead and execute high-impact digital projects across multiple clients and industries. This role is ideal for a hybrid developer who is strong in WordPress and PHP, confident with modern front-end frameworks (React preferred, Angular supported), and curious about AI-powered digital experiences.
You will work closely with designers, marketers, and strategists to build scalable, performance-driven, and future-ready web solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end development of CMS-driven websites and web applications, primarily using WordPress and PHP
- Design and develop custom WordPress themes, plugins, and reusable components
- Build modern, interactive front-end experiences using React.js (preferred) and Angular where project requirements demand
- Implement headless WordPress and API-first architectures for advanced digital experiences
- Develop and manage eCommerce solutions (WooCommerce, Shopify, custom builds), including payment gateways and integrations
- Ensure websites meet Core Web Vitals, SEO, accessibility, and performance benchmarks
- Translate UI/UX designs (Figma, Adobe XD, etc.) into responsive, pixel-perfect interfaces
- Integrate third-party APIs, analytics, CRM, marketing automation, and MarTech platforms
- Collaborate with marketing teams on tracking, CRO, A/B testing, and performance optimization
- Apply security best practices, manage updates, backups, and deployments
- Conduct code reviews, testing, debugging, and cross-browser/device validation
- Mentor junior developers and help define coding standards and best practices
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 810+ years of hands-on experience in web development
- Strong expertise in WordPress, PHP, MySQL
- Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, TypeScript
- Strong experience with React.js; working knowledge of Angular
- Experience building and managing eCommerce platforms
- Solid understanding of Core Web Vitals, SEO, and performance optimization
- Experience with REST APIs and third-party integrations
- Familiarity with Git, version control, and collaborative development workflows
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
Preferred Skills
- Experience with headless CMS (WordPress REST API, Contentful, Strapi)
- Exposure to Next.js, JAMstack, or SSR concepts
- Experience integrating AI-powered features (chatbots, smart search, personalization, AI APIs)
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure)
- Understanding of digital marketing funnels, CRO, and analytics
- AI-assisted development tools (GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, Cursor, etc.)
