Assistant Team Lead - SEM
Experience: 3+ years
Shift timings : 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM

Job Description:
Managing team of 3-5 team members in day-to-day execution
Working on App and web-based campaigns in all channels, including Facebook, Google, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.
Technical Experience (Managing App & web-based campaigns in various channels, Ad partner management, Media planning) min 3 years of experience
Functional/Operational experience (managing and supporting the team in day-to-day activities) min 2 years of experience
Media planning followed by partner communication, negotiation with partners, strategy and implementation.
Drive the team and make sure that KPIs are achieved.
Responsible for overall campaign strategy, planning, implementation & post-campaign review for your set of brands.
Make sure the report is accurate without any errors.
Make sure that best practices are followed in campaign set-up and optimization.
Client communication and stakeholder management.
Expertise on platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads & TikTok to help and guide teams when they needed help and also in planning and optimization of campaigns.
Identify a pool of unique targeting mixing:
Relevant targeting options offered by each platform
Custom targeting based on tagging (website, mobile app...) or database that the client owns
Execute quality check of the creative assets and other things for each platform managed.
Identify the variables that can be optimized and execute optimization
Aggregate results and prepare a summary and key learnings.
Proactively and efficiently handle communication with the client to make sure the campaigns run smoothly.
