Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for mid to senior-level roles across functions.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand manpower needs and create effective hiring strategies.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, and headhunting.
- Conduct initial screenings, evaluate candidates profiles, and coordinate interview processes.
- Work on improving offer-to-joiner ratios and onboarding conversions.
- Maintain and track recruitment metrics (Time to Fill, Offer Acceptance Rate, etc.).
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring journey.
- Coordinate with HR and business units for seamless onboarding.
- Support employer branding initiatives and campus hiring drives.
- Mentor and guide junior recruiters to meet hiring targets and quality standards.
- Collaborate with HR on onboarding and talent planning initiative.
- Prepare weekly/monthly hiring reports for leadership review.
- Conduct hiring trend analysis and provide actionable insights to improve processes.
- Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS) and internal databases.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor s/master s degree in HR or related field.
- 8 + years of proven experience in recruitment, preferably in a fast-paced/start-up environment.
- Strong sourcing and headhunting skills.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple roles and stakeholders.
- Proficient in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and MS Excel.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to generate insights from recruitment metrics.
