We re on the lookout for a passionate and results-oriented Assistant Manager - Talent Acquisition to drive scalable hiring strategies and build high-performing teams. Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for mid to senior-level roles across functions.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand manpower needs and create effective hiring strategies.
  • Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, and headhunting.
  • Conduct initial screenings, evaluate candidates profiles, and coordinate interview processes.
  • Work on improving offer-to-joiner ratios and onboarding conversions.
  • Maintain and track recruitment metrics (Time to Fill, Offer Acceptance Rate, etc.).
  • Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring journey.
  • Coordinate with HR and business units for seamless onboarding.
  • Support employer branding initiatives and campus hiring drives.
  • Mentor and guide junior recruiters to meet hiring targets and quality standards.
  • Collaborate with HR on onboarding and talent planning initiative.
  • Prepare weekly/monthly hiring reports for leadership review.
  • Conduct hiring trend analysis and provide actionable insights to improve processes.
  • Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS) and internal databases.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor s/master s degree in HR or related field.
  • 8 + years of proven experience in recruitment, preferably in a fast-paced/start-up environment.
  • Strong sourcing and headhunting skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple roles and stakeholders.
  • Proficient in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and MS Excel.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to generate insights from recruitment metrics.
