Job Title: Assistant Store Manager

Location: Jaipur, Rajasthan

Job Summary:

We are looking for a responsible and proactive Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in handling daily store operations, managing the team, and ensuring excellent customer service. The candidate will help drive sales, maintain store standards, and ensure smooth store functioning.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Store Manager in managing day-to-day store operations
• Supervise store staff and ensure smooth team coordination
• Monitor sales performance and help achieve store targets
• Maintain inventory, stock levels, and product displays
• Ensure excellent customer service and resolve customer concerns
• Maintain store cleanliness, visual merchandising, and company standards
• Prepare daily sales reports and assist with store documentation

Requirements:

• Graduate in any discipline
• 13 years of experience in retail or store operations
• Good leadership and team management skills
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and billing systems
• Strong communication and customer handling skills
