Assistant Store Manager

Role & Responsibilities

• Manage inventory control, stock replenishment, and merchandise display.
• Monitor sales performance and contribute to achieving store targets
• Support hotel-specific events or promotions through the store.
• Coordinate with hotel departments (Housekeeping, Front Office, F&B) for seamless guest experiences.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Proven experience in a hotel retail environment or hotel front office/F&B roles with retail exposure.
• Knowledge of POS systems, stock management software preferred.
• Experience with upselling or cross-promotions in hospitality settings.
