This is a full-time, on-site role for an Assistant Store Manager located in Bansi. The Assistant Store Manager will oversee day-to-day operations of the store, manage inventory, and ensure efficient handling of store logistics. The role includes supervising staff, optimizing customer satisfaction, and implementing loss prevention strategies. Collaborating with the team to meet sales goals, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring a seamless shopping experience are key priorities.

• Strong skills in Customer Service and ensuring Customer Satisfaction
• Effective Communication skills to interact with staff and customers
• Experience in Store Management and operational efficiency
• Knowledge of Retail Loss Prevention strategies
• Ability to lead and motivate a team toward achieving sales and operational goals
• Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with inventory systems
• Prior experience in retail or similar roles preferred
• A high school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications or degrees in business or management are a plus
