Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Store Manager located in Lucknow. The Assistant Store Manager will be responsible for tasks related to customer satisfaction, customer service, communication, store management, and retail loss prevention on a day-to-day basis.

Qualifications

• Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills
• Effective Communication skills
• Experience in Store Management
• Knowledge of Retail Loss Prevention techniques
• Strong organizational and leadership skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Previous experience in a retail setting is preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is a plus
