Key Responsibilities
Customer Experience
Ensure a premium customer service experience aligned with brand standards
Greet and assist customers and provide product recommendations
Handle customer queries and complaints professionally
Store Operations
Assist the Store Manager in daily store operations
Monitor product displays and ensure shelves are properly stocked and organized
Ensure adherence to FIFO / FEFO standards for perishable products
Maintain high standards of store hygiene and visual merchandising
Team Coordination
Support the Store Manager in supervising store staff
Assist in training team members on service standards and product knowledge
Ensure smooth coordination between departments such as bakery, deli, and retail
Sales & Merchandising
Support sales initiatives and help achieve store revenue targets
Encourage upselling and cross-selling of gourmet products
Maintain proper product displays and promotional areas
Candidate Requirements
Education: Degree / Diploma in Hotel Management
Experience: 24 years experience in the Front Desk department of a hotel or
hospitality environment
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Well-groomed and presentable personality
Customer-focused with a service-oriented attitude
Basic understanding of food retail or hospitality operations preferred
