Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Store Manager based in Mumbai. The Store Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily store operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, and managing store staff. Key tasks include maintaining inventory, implementing retail loss prevention measures, handling customer inquiries and complaints, and meeting sales targets. The Store Manager will also drive store performance through effective communication and team management.

Qualifications

• Strong Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills
• Excellent Communication skills
• Experience in Store Management
• Knowledge of Retail Loss Prevention techniques
• Proven leadership and team management abilities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Previous experience in the retail industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Retail Management, or a related field is preferred
