Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Store Manager located in Bengaluru South. The Assistant Store Manager will oversee store operations, lead a team, and support the Store Manager in achieving sales and customer satisfaction goals. Responsibilities include managing day-to-day activities, ensuring exceptional customer service, addressing customer queries and concerns, implementing retail loss prevention measures, monitoring inventory, and training team members to uphold the highest operational standards.
Qualifications
- Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills to provide outstanding experiences, resolve issues effectively, and prioritize customer needs.
- Proficient Store Management skills, including operational oversight, team leadership, and achieving sales targets.
- Retail Loss Prevention skills to mitigate risks and maintain inventory accountability.
- Strong Communication skills to lead teams, interact with customers, and collaborate with stakeholders effectively.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment, showcasing adaptability and problem-solving skills.
- A degree in Business, Retail, or a related field is preferred but not required.
- Previous experience in a similar retail or service leadership role is beneficial.
