Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an AM/DM/Manager - Finishes, AGM/DGM/GM - Site based in Hyderabad. The role involves overseeing finishing works across various residential and commercial projects, ensuring quality standards are adhered to at all stages. Key responsibilities include coordinating with vendors, contractors, architects, and design teams, monitoring the progress of projects, ensuring timely delivery, and resolving on-site issues. The role also requires adhering to project schedules, achieving milestones, and maintaining compliance with quality and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Strong technical skills in finishing works, materials management, and quality control
• Proficiency in project scheduling, resource planning, and vendor management
• Experience in team coordination, site inspections, and resolving construction issues
• Knowledge of safety and compliance standards within the construction industry
• Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities
• Relevant educational qualifications in Civil Engineering or related fields
• Proven experience in construction or infrastructure projects with a focus on finishing works
• Familiarity with modern construction practices and techniques
