ROLE OVERVIEW:

We are looking for an ownership-driven SEO professional who combines AI, data, and technical depth with 3+ years of proven experience of working on SEO, AEO, GEO & GMB profiles. You'll work directly with US clients on lead generation and ecommerce websites.

Core Capabilities (Mandatory):

1. AI-Driven SEO & AEO

- Hands-on expertise with ChatGPT, Gemini, and other AI tools to create content that ranks.

- Strong understanding of Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) and how content performs in LLM-based search.

2. Technical SEO

- Mastery of Core Web Vitals, site audits, schema markup, indexing, and site architecture.

3. Off-Page & Backlink Strategy

- Proven experience in organic/paid backlink acquisition, outreach, and community platforms like Reddit and Quora.

4. Data Analysis (Critical)

-Ability to break down complex data, identify what's working, and turn insights into immediate action.

5. SEO optimised content writing from AI tools

General Requirements:

- Manage SEO across multiple clients with consistent growth in traffic and rankings.

- Expert-level proficiency in GA4, GSC, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, SurferSEO, Frase, and Looker Studio.

- Strong process orientation and ability to guide junior team members.

- Solid knowledge of local SEO and GMB optimization.

- 3+ Years of proven experience (agency experience preferred)

- Overlap with US time zones

- Fluent English for US client communication
