Assistant Security Officer

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Assistant Security Officer located in Kochi. The Assistant Security Officer will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of guests, staff, and property. Day-to-day tasks include monitoring surveillance systems, conducting routine patrols, responding to incidents, coordinating with law enforcement when necessary, and assisting in the implementation of security policies. Additionally, the role may involve providing security training to staff and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.

• Strong observational skills and experience in surveillance, monitoring, and conducting security assessments
• Knowledge of emergency response protocols and familiarity with safety compliance standards
• Ability to coordinate with law enforcement, handle incidents calmly, and provide effective resolutions
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with guests and staff
• Background in security management, military, or law enforcement is a plus
• Proficiency in using security equipment and technology
• A diploma or degree in Security Management, Hospitality Management, or a related field is an advantage
• Commitment to maintaining a high level of integrity and professionalism
