About the Role

As an Assistant Sales Manager, you will independently handle pre-sales and sales interactions, understand client requirements, provide quotations, and guide them in achieving their dream home interiors.

Responsibilities

  • Guide prospective homeowners through their design and sales journey with Truww.
  • Facilitate meetings between clients and designers at our Experience Centre.
  • Effectively communicate Truww's products, services, and value propositions to prospective homeowners.
  • Perform consultative outbound calls and follow-up calls on a daily basis.
  • Manage your own sales pipeline, ensuring timely updates, follow-ups, and closures.
  • Meet or exceed monthly sales targets as an individual contributor.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 4+ years of sales experience (preferably inside sales or consultative selling).

Required Skills

  • Strong interest in problem-solving with proven expertise in Sales (preferably Home Interiors Sales).
  • Demonstrated record of achieving or exceeding sales quotas.
  • Strong communication, persuasion, and relationship-building skills.

Work Timing: TueSun (Monday week off) 10:30 am 7:30 pm

Work Location: Hyderabad
