Key Responsibilities:
- Sales & Revenue Generation
- Achieve monthly and annual room revenue targets.
- Identify and develop new corporate, travel agent, and local business accounts.
- Maintain and grow existing client relationships.
- Conduct regular sales calls, client visits, and hotel presentations.
- Participate in rate negotiations and contract renewals.
- Business Development
- Prospect for new accounts through cold calls, networking, and referrals.
- Prepare and present sales proposals and rate agreements.
- Represent the hotel at trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events.
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
- Client Relationship Management
- Maintain strong relationships with corporate clients and travel partners.
- Ensure prompt follow-up on inquiries and RFPs.
- Handle client complaints or concerns professionally and escalate when required.
- Maintain accurate account records in CRM system.
- Coordination & Internal Communication
- Coordinate with Front Office, Reservations, and Revenue team for smooth booking execution.
- Share sales forecasts and group movements with operations team.
- Ensure all bookings are in line with brand standards.
- Reporting & Administration
- Prepare weekly sales reports and production analysis.
- Maintain updated sales database and account tracking.
- Assist in preparing sales action plans and budgets.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- 24 years of hotel sales experience (preferably in branded hotels).
- Strong knowledge of local corporate market.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and hotel PMS/CRM systems.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
