Role Description
We are seeking a dedicated Assistant Sales Manager to join our team in South Mumbai. This is a full-time, on-site role where the candidate will support and execute sales strategies, identify potential clients, and build strong relationships within the industry. The role involves conducting market analysis, preparing proposals, monitoring sales performance, and collaborating with various teams to ensure customer satisfaction and achieve business goals. Qualifications
- Sales and Business Development skills, including lead generation, client acquisition, negotiation, and achieving sales targets
- Strong Communication and Interpersonal skills to build and maintain positive relationships with clients and team members
- Market Analysis and Strategic Planning capabilities to identify business opportunities and create effective sales strategies
- Problem-solving and Decision-making skills to address challenges and implement solutions effectively
- Proficiency in CRM and other software tools for tracking sales, generating reports, and managing client information
- Knowledge of the elevator and escalator industry or experience in related sectors is a strong asset
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
- Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environment
