Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Surat for an Assistant Sales Manager at The Byke Hotels & Resorts. The Assistant Sales Manager will be responsible for developing sales strategies, managing client relationships, and driving revenue growth to achieve business goals. Responsibilities include identifying potential markets and clients, conducting sales meetings, preparing proposals, negotiating contracts, and maintaining customer satisfaction. Actively contributing to marketing campaigns, coordinating with internal teams, and providing sales reports will also be key aspects of the role.

Qualifications

  • Strong sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to develop and execute strategies that meet revenue goals.
  • Proficiency in client relationship management and account handling to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively engage with clients and stakeholders.
  • Ability to analyze market trends, generate leads, and identify new business opportunities.
  • Proven experience in the hospitality industry or similar sectors is preferred.
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools and familiarity with sales software is an advantage.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational skills, ability to multitask, and keen attention to detail are essential.
