Assistant Area Sales Manager

The company manufactures a comprehensive range of ENT products, including implants, ear grommets, rhinology products, PVA dressing packs, and more. We are seeking a full-time Sales and Marketing Specialist to join our team in Surat. The role involves promoting and selling our innovative ENT products to customers, managing client relationships, providing exceptional customer service, and conducting product training sessions. Additional responsibilities include developing sales strategies, monitoring market trends, and achieving sales targets. This is an on-site position that requires you to work closely with both internal teams and external stakeholders to drive business growth effectively.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
• Proficiency in customer service and the ability to address customer needs promptly and professionally.
• Demonstrated experience in sales and sales management, including meeting sales targets and developing strategies.
• Capability to conduct training sessions and deliver product knowledge to clients and team members.
• Self-motivated with excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is advantageous.
• Prior experience in healthcare or medical sales is a plus.
• Familiarity with ENT medical devices and implants is a strong advantage but not mandatory.
