Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai for an Assistant Sales Manager. The individual will lead and execute sales strategies to meet organizational goals, build strong relationships with clients, explore new business opportunities, and manage customer accounts. The Assistant Sales Manager will collaborate with internal teams, maintain accurate records of sales activities, and stay updated on market trends. Additionally, the candidate will be expected to provide exceptional service to clients and ensure their requirements are fulfilled effectively.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in sales management, client relationship management, and business development
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Analytical and strategic planning abilities to identify sales opportunities, market trends, and customer needs
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills to address customer queries and challenges effectively
- Prior experience in the automotive or parking solutions industry is advantageous
- A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Proficiency in using sales tools and CRM software is a plus
