Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Assistant Sales Manager role located in Mumbai. The Assistant Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, identifying potential clients, building strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets. The role includes engaging with students, professionals, and organizations to promote IRM's qualifications and services, maintaining sales records, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize the sales process. Continuous market research and analysis of industry trends will also form part of the daily responsibilities.

Qualifications
  • Sales and Business Development: Strong skills in client acquisition, account management, and developing sales strategies
  • Relationship Management: Experience in building and maintaining professional relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Communication and Presentation: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with the ability to deliver impactful presentations
  • Market Analysis: Proficiency in market research and analyzing industry trends to identify new opportunities
  • Knowledge in Enterprise Risk Management or related fields is an advantage
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; an MBA is a plus
  • Proven experience in a sales or similar role, preferably in education, training, or professional certifications
