Job Description

Diploma or bachelor's degree in engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical) or a related field; an MBA/PGDM is a plus( not mandatory )

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to develop and maintain - strong customer relationships.

- Proven problem-solving skills and a consultative, solution-selling approach.

- Prior experience in sales, business development, or other customer-facing commercial roles.

- Experience in managing industrial clientssuch as switchgear manufacturers, transformer manufacturers, or electrical panel manufacturing companiesis highly preferred and will be given priority.

OR

- Experience in managing Electrical/HVAC/plumbing/infra Contractor.

OR

- Experience in managing Automotive OEMs or Tyre industries or Heavy earth moving equipment/commercial vehicles.

- Self-motivated and results-oriented, with the ability to thrive in collaborative team environments.

- Strong learning agility and adaptability to succeed in a fast-paced, dynamic commercial setting.

- Effective business planning and organizational capabilities to maximize productivity and optimize customer engagement.

- Plan seminar and Conduct a Demonstration at customer job sites.
