RESPONSIBILITIES:-
- Support achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
- Identify and develop new customers and business opportunities
- Assist in managing key accounts and maintaining customer relationships
- Prepare quotations, pricing proposals, and follow up on orders
- Coordinate with production, QA, R&D, and logistics teams to meet customer requirements
- Provide customers with product specifications, MSDS, COA, and technical information
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and after-sales support
- Conduct market research and monitor competitor activities
- Support order forecasting, dispatch planning, and delivery coordination
- Monitor receivables and assist in collection activities
- Maintain accurate sales records, CRM data, and documentation
- Prepare sales reports, MIS, and performance updates for management
- Assist in sales planning, promotions, and marketing initiatives
- Participate in customer meetings, plant visits, exhibitions, and trade shows
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements
QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE:-
- Bachelor's/ Master's degree
- 5-7 years of sales experience in the construction chemicals, adhesives, or related industry
