Position Summary:
The role is responsible for driving business performance through effective management of channel partners and customers, supporting the organization's rapid and sustainable growth in Karnataka.
Key Roles & Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive market research to identify new business opportunities, emerging applications, and growth potential across existing and untapped markets.
- Assess customer requirements and industry trends to develop actionable insights that support strategic business expansion.
- Build, manage, and strengthen long-term customer relationships by acting as a trusted advisor and providing end-to-end sales and application support.
- Deliver solution-based recommendations by aligning product capabilities with customer needs, ensuring value-driven outcomes.
- Analyze competitor positioning, pricing strategies, and go-to-market approaches to enhance sales effectiveness and market presence.
- Develop and execute sales plans to consistently achieve targeted revenue, profitability, and collection objectives.
- Drive disciplined pipeline management, sales forecasting, and follow-ups to ensure optimal business performance.
- Identify, appoint, and develop dealers and distributors to expand geographic reach and strengthen market penetration.
- Lead channel partner engagement through joint business planning, performance monitoring, and continuous capability development.
- Mentor and guide distributor sales teams to improve product knowledge, selling effectiveness, and customer engagement.
Qualification & Certification (if applicable)
- B. Tech/Diploma – Mechanical/Electrical
