Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Hyderabad for an Assistant Sales Manager. Key responsibilities include developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities, assisting in achieving sales targets, and preparing sales proposals and presentations. The role will also involve coordinating with the operations and logistics teams to ensure seamless service delivery and handling client queries effectively to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Sales and Client Relationship Management skills, including the ability to engage with stakeholders and build long-term partnerships
- Strong Communication and Presentation skills to effectively communicate ideas and proposals
- Analytical and Problem-Solving skills for assessing market trends and generating actionable insights
- Knowledge of the logistics or freight services industry is advantageous
- Experience in preparing sales strategies and achieving sales targets
- Organizational and Time Management skills for handling multiple tasks effectively
- Proficient in using CRM tools, MS Office, and other relevant software
