Job Responsibilities
Assistant Sales Manager ZE Rugged Device Solutions
Drive end-to-end B2B sales of rugged devices and solutions, including lead generation,
qualification, product presentation, negotiation, order closure, and payment collection.
Generate qualified leads through LinkedIn, digital platforms, cold outreach, referrals,
and industry networks to build a consistent and healthy sales pipeline.
Manage the complete sales cycle by understanding customer requirements, proposing
appropriate rugged device solutions, preparing quotations, and closing deals within
defined timelines.
Achieve assigned monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets in line with
organisational objectives.
Lead, guide, and monitor a team of Sales Executives by tracking daily activities and
ensuring effective sales execution.
Conduct regular follow-ups with prospects and customers to maximise conversion
ratios and ensure timely deal closure.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, acting as the primary point of
contact during the sales process.
Coordinate with internal teams, including technical, operations, logistics, and finance, to
ensure accurate solution delivery and smooth order execution.
Ensure proper documentation of sales orders, purchase orders, and commercial terms
in compliance with company policies.
Follow up with customers and internal finance teams to ensure timely invoicing and
collection of payments, while maintaining healthy receivables.
Monitor market trends, customer feedback, and competitor activities related to rugged
devices and industrial mobility solutions.
Prepare and submit regular sales reports, pipeline updates, and performance
summaries to management and HR.
Ensure adherence to company sales processes, ethical standards, and compliance
requirements at all stages of the sales cycle.
