Role Description

This is a full-time role for an Assistant Sales Manager, based in Ahmedabad for Precast Industry. The Assistant Sales Manager will be responsible for supporting sales operations, identifying potential clients, maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets. Day-to-day tasks will include developing sales strategies, preparing proposals and presentations, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and analyzing market trends. The role requires regular interaction with clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and addressing their needs effectively.

Qualifications

• Sales and Negotiation Skills: Proficiency in sales strategies, customer acquisition, and negotiation to meet and exceed targets.
• Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication, along with the ability to build strong client relationships.
• Analytical Skills: Ability to assess market trends, analyze data, and devise strategies for growth.
• Organizational Skills: Strong time-management, project coordination, and resource planning capabilities.
• Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with CRM tools and basic understanding of construction industry operations is an advantage.
• Educational Background: Graduate in any discipline (Diploma/ BE/ Btech Civil or technical background is an advantage)
• Experience: Prior experience in sales or client management, particularly in Precast Construction , Construction Chemical or similar industries, is beneficial.
