Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Assistant Sales Manager with a background in the PR industry to support business growth, manage key client relationships, and drive revenue through strategic sales initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Support sales leadership in driving business development initiatives
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the PR and communications space
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients
- Prepare proposals, presentations, and pitch decks in collaboration with internal teams
- Manage the sales pipeline and track opportunities through CRM tools
- Coordinate with PR, marketing, and strategy teams to align client requirements
- Assist in negotiations, closures, and contract finalization
- Achieve assigned revenue and growth targets
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Sales, Business Administration, or related field
- 34 years of proven sales or business development experience in the PR industry
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Understanding of PR services, media landscape, and communication solutions
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
