Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Assistant Sales Manager, located in Chennai. The Assistant Sales Manager will be responsible for supporting sales operations, building and maintaining client relationships, identifying business opportunities, and meeting sales targets. The role includes conducting market research, preparing reports, and coordinating with internal teams to address client needs. Additionally, the Assistant Sales Manager will assist in negotiating contracts and ensuring customer satisfaction.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships
• Market Research and Report Preparation skills to identify trends and opportunities
• Proficiency in negotiation and contract management
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Experience in a sales or business development role, preferably in the manufacturing or industrial sector
• Knowledge of fluoropolymer sealing solutions is a plus
