Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Area Sales Manager, located in Chennai. The role involves achieving sales targets by building and maintaining relationships with healthcare providers. Responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities, managing accounts, driving revenue growth, and overseeing the on-ground sales team. The individual will also conduct market analysis and develop strategies to expand Affordplan's footprint in the region while ensuring exceptional client satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Proven skills in Sales, Business Development, and Client Relationship Management
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to conduct Market Analysis and develop Sales Strategies
- Effective Leadership and Team Management abilities to coordinate and motivate on-ground sales teams
- Excellent Communication, Persuasion, and Negotiation abilities
- Proficiency in using digital tools and platforms for Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and reporting
- Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Knowledge and prior experience in fintech or healthcare domains is advantageous
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
